The Chronic Pain Program

Have you had pain for more than 6 months? Do you take a lot of pain medication? Has treatment not made much difference to your pain? - This one-day-program aims to provide you with some skills to manage your pain, and covers topics such as the nature and anatomy of pain, coping strategies, goal setting, positive self talk, helpful devices, and more.

Eat Smart - Live Well

This is an informal education program for women and men who would like to lose weight to improve their health. Eat Smart -Live Well provides participants with practical strategies to promote long term healthy lifestyle changes. Sessions can be conducted for different groups including non-English speaking communities.

Living Well With Diabetes

These information sessions are for people with Diabetes as well as family members and carers to understand and manage this condition more successfully.
