North Yarra Community Health (ABN 73 644 085 045) is a company limited by guarantee. Members play an important part in our organisation and can elect Directors and stand for election. You can apply to become a member by completing the membership application form which also commits you to contributing $1.00 to the assets of the Company if it is wound up while you are a Member, or within one year afterward.
You are eligible to apply for membership if you are over 18 years of age and;

- You live, work or study within our catchment area
- You are a volunteer
- You have a previous connection with us
